This is my most successful article so far, in terms of engagement. It went viral on Facebook, garnering more than 20,000 reactions, 2,057 comments and 2,466 shares across the five times the client shared it. The tone is one that’s casual, conversational and fun.

I redesigned the referral page of a local bank's mobile application for consumers in an attempt to discover what UX is. My reimagination of the app has a more effective layout with texts that are more concise.

Chatbots are fast gaining traction, especially in the service industry. I created a chatbot resume just to dip a toe in the water. The interactive chatbot has since been taken down after the expiration of my trial period with the chatbot making platform. Here are a few snippets.

This is an apology letter to a hotel guest that I translated from Japanese to English. As apologies can be emotional and sensitive for the receiver, I was careful not to translate literally, but to rephrase and localise to ensure the letter empathises with him.
